Our range of helicopter tie-downs have been developed from a military requirement for securing helicopters on warships at sea. The civil versions offer similar performance but in configurations and materials specifically aimed at civilian vessels.
There are three variations within the family: 4 Bar, T45c & T45R
The Tie downs are made to order. There is a minimum order requirement of 4 units. Discounts are available relating to order quantity. Engineering support to customise installation requirements.

Manufactured to requirements - this product is ideal for horizontal hatches, vertical doors and garages. The 4 Bar mechanism lowers the hatch squarely onto its seat ensuring a positive seal.
The T45C is designed for commercial operations where helicopter movements have to be performed with ground crew in foul weather gear and fire proof gloves and overalls. It is the largest of the family and offers easy operation with gloved hands in all weathers. It is used in high-density flight deck/hanger installations and is only suitable for Weld in applications.
The T45R has been designed to have all of the performance characteristics of the T45C but in a smaller package. The eye in the T45R will revolve and allow alignment with the aircrafts position on the deck. This allows a lower density of tie downs to service flight deck. It also provides flexibility allowing a large range of aircraft types to be accommodated. This unit is available in both 'bolt in' and 'weld in' formats.
