Cleresolutions products can be ordered directly from us by fax or telephone

All customers will receive a confirmation e-mail with the full order and delivery details and confirming the overall price of the order.

If the product you have ordered is not immediately available from stock you will be contacted by e-mail or phone as appropriate

Boxes can be ordered singly or in multiples of any number.

Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis.

Supply

Cleresolutions prevention products can be purchased either as a 1 litre container with a hose end applicator for easy application or as 5 litre container for application through a garden sprayer or equivalent.

Cleresolutions sanitiser products can be purchased either as a 1 litre container with a hose end applicator for easy application, as a 5 litre container for application through a garden sprayer, or equivalent, or as a 1 litre trigger spray.

Cleresolutions water treatment products can be purchased ready to use in either 1 litre, 2 litre or 5 litre containers.

Cleresolutions material treatments can be purchased ready to use in 1 litre containers.

Cleresolutions are supplied direct from the factory in boxes of 10 x 1 litre containers, or 4 x 5 litres containers. Cleresolutions products can be purchased in individual containers from our distributors or by contacting us.

The applicators are enclosed separately to give more effective packaging and flexibility of end user supply.

COSTS

Delivery

Orders for 1-10 boxes of product can be fulfilled from stock and can therefore be dispatched within two days following confirmation of the placing of the order. Quantities over and above 10 boxes may be dispatched up to 7 days from the date of placing the order depending on stock availability.

Orders for less than 10 bottles/ containers of Cleresolutions products cannot be delivered direct from the factory and may therefore take up to 7 days to be delivered. Please contact us to discuss delivery times.

The above delivery and prices only apply where the items ordered can be taken from stock. Any requirements for a bottle or applicator that is different to those routinely stocked will require a minimum order number to allow effective packaging and may be subject to a surcharge.

Delivery will be by carrier with delivery to a nominated location within the UK. Delivery abroad may be subject to a surcharge.

Product Quality Control

All Cleresolutions products are manufactured under strict quality control conditions with a batch number identified on the product label in-line with standard quality control systems.. A sample of each batch is retained to ensure that all products sold can be easily identified to allow spot checks and speedy resolution in the unlikely event that an issue may arise with the product.
