Protect & treat canvas sails & nylon surfaces
Protection & treatment against the environment
Sailclere is a new technology which prevents weathering and the colonisation of the canvas or nylon surfaces of the sail sheeting by environmental contaminants so they stay cleaner for long.
Prevent & treat stains
When applied in accordance with the instructions Sailclere will prevent stains caused by algae, mould and bacteria when the sails are packed away and keeps the surfaces clean. Easily applied using the supplied applicator attached to a gardens hose with a standard Hoselock™ connector or similar.
With new surfaces there is no need to pre-clean however where canvas has already been used then it may be necessary to wash the surfaces with a suitable mild detergent.
Sailclere does not weaken fabric or stitching or promote discolouration of the canvas. Apply prior to putting away for winter and for off season protection from algae, mould and mildew stains during storage. Apply again after removal from storage.
